It can be a little scary to buy something without being able to try it first. Some of the yarns and tools many crocheters want to use are not always available locally. Product reviews are a great way to learn a little bit more about an item before purchasing.
Things to consider…
Sure, you could look at the reviews buyers provide on the company’s website. That is the first place I look when ordering something new. But sometimes you want a deeper look into an item.
You want to know what the yarn feels like. How it works up. What it would be most useful for. How it holds up after blocking or a turn in the washing machine.
You want to know how the hook feels in the hand. If it changes your grip. How comfortable it is after days, or weeks, of use.
What my reviews provide you with…
I provide unbiased reviews of items that may be of interest to crocheters. Yarn, hooks, and other tools that are essential to both our comfort and productivity.
Many times I am provided items from various companies to try, however all reviews are of my own opinion.
